(3) IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME IN ANY YEAR IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME IN FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CONNEXION ANYWHERE IN ENGLAND AND WALES.
