**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA SERVED BY ELMBRIDGE BOROUGH COUNCIL BY PROVIDING A COMMUNITY BASED CHILDCARE CENTRE FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND FURTHERING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND OVERALL DEVELOPMENT AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND OF EDUCATING CHILDREN'S PARENTS, CARERS AND FAMILIES WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE
