al The church was able to relocate to a new location, due to
the knowledge that it's former premises would become
unavailable in the near future. The Church was able to ensure
that its members and members of the public were able to
attend church meetings in person and online. Online access

Financial Review
Review of the charity's
financial position at the end
of the period
Statement explaining the
policy for holding reserves
stating why they are held
The charity remains well funded to cover its ongoing
expenditures and meet its purposes set out in its Trust Deed.
The charity holds funds deposited in UK banks. These deposits
are held to ensure:
11 A contingency fund so the charity can meet its fvture
liabilities to keep operating in the foreseeable years and meet
any unexpected liabilities.
21 To assist other charities with similar aims in accordance with
the Trusts governing document.
31 The charity has saved funds to potentially acquire a property
in the future so as to have a pemianent building in which the
church members can meet regularly. The church's activities
have over the years been disrupted several times by having to
hange premises through no fault of their own. A pemianent
location would help the church members meet and expand its
activities withoLrt disruption and restriction.
Amount of reseNes held
The trust will look at a future reserves policy and currently had
the sum of £395,000 on deposit at year ending 3111212023.
