The trust has a long lease of the Totnes Town Mill (a recently restored historic listed building in the centre of Totnes). The mill houses the Totnes Information Centre; part of the South Hams Cab and the Totnes image bank & rural archive and provides a permanent exhibition tracing the history of Totnes and the history of milling in the area.
Objects: To Preserve For The Benefit Of The Townspeople Of The Area Of Benefit Whatatever Of The English Historical, Architectural And Constructional Hertiage May Exist In And Around Totnes In The Form Of Buildings And Features (Section 336(1) Of The Towwn And Country Planning Act 1990) Of Particluar Beauty Of Historical, Architectural Or Constructional Interest, And In Particular The Town Mill In Totnes. Any Other Charitable Purpose For The Benefit Of The Townspeople
