Activities
Surf Life Saving.Instruction and teaching of local young people in the activities of life-saving in the open sea. Volunteers use various types of equipment to do this this activity with an emphasis on physical fitness. Competitions are also held with other surf life-savings club around west Wales. In the winter time the activities move from the beach to local indoor swimming pool.
Objects: To Save Life By Prevention Or Rescue And To Promote Methods Of Surf Life Saving And First Aid For Resuscitation Of The Rescued In The Area Of Benefit.
