Norton Nippers is a local, community based group for babys and toddlers. It provides a meeting place for mums, dads, guardians, grandparents and childminders to meet, talk and play together. The group enjoys visits from a variety of outside groups (eg library service) and provides links to the village school, including the pre-school playgroup.
