ACCOUNTS
The Committee are pleased to present the accounts for the year ended 31 March
2025. The Charity has an excess of income over expenditure, in the sum of
£21,432.
srATUS
Rickmansworth Nursery School is a private non-profit making charitsble trust,
registered charity number 1059207. The nursery is governed by constitution
documents.
MANAGEMENT
The Committee is a voluntsry body. A new Committee is elected each year at the
Annual General Meeting. Members of the Nursery stsff are non-voting members of
the Committee. A minimum of parents are required to join.
OBJECTIVES
To advance the education of children below compulsory school age by providing
part time day care facilities for children in Rickmansworth and the surrounding area.
MAIN AcfIvITIES
Develop the prime areas of learning through play and education.
l. Personal, social and emotional.
2. Communication and language.
3. Physical development.

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS
RESERVES POLICY
The trustees have examined the charity's requirements for reserves in the light of
the main risks to the organisation. It has established a policy whereby the
unrestricted funds not committed or invested in tangible fixed assets held by the
charity should be representstive of at least £25,000 at the end of the financial year.
INCOME
Income for the year arose from various sources, including fees, Govemment
funding, an insurance claim, interest on cash deposits and fund-raising. The
Committee wishes to express gratitude to the many parents and friends who have
supported fund-raising effort5 during the year.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {'Ihe Trust"} for the year ended 31" March 2025
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
{'the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{51(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act., or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
{Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
