**Objects:** To promote the preservation of health and to assist in relieving and rehabilitating vulnerable adults who have short or long term and enduring mental health issues, learning difficulties and disabilities or sensory or physical disabilities based in Northamptonshire and in particular by the provision of facilities for work therapy, education, socially inclusive activities and counselling

**Activities:** The Teamwork Trust is a registered charity and an established social enterprise delivering a wide range of Programmes for vulnerable adults who have short-term or enduring mental health issues, learning difficulties, physical disabilities. The individual can access our Enabling, Education, Activities and Counselling Programmes to help achieve their goals, maintain well-being and increase skills.
