applicable Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations. and the provision of the

Ihe 201 l Act and in carrying out my exaininalion: I ha￿e followed all the applic<ible
Directions given by the Charit!, Commission undcr scction 145(5)(b) of the Act.
