**Objects:** TO ASSIST IN THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE BEXHILL AND ROTHER CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU [THE BUREAU] IN PROVIDING RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE TO CLIENTS FORMER AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS OF THE BUREAU AND ANY OTHER PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE OR ADVICE, AND TO SUPPLEMENT THE WORK OF THE BUREAU BY FINANCING PROJECTS TO ASSIST IN THE EFFICIENT RUNNING OF THE BUREAU INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF AMENITIES IN THE BUREAU AND IN OUTREACH OFFICES FOR CLIENTS AND STAFF.
