**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER;TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG RESIDENTS IN THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE CONCERNING ISSUES OF SOCIAL WELFARE;TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER,PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH,SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.

**Activities:** provision of access to the general public, to a variety of artistic activities, these include, costume design and creation; fabric alteration, garment custimization; dance, drama, creative writing, drumming, steelband classes, internships              in addition we are now providing training workshops in fashion
