**Activities:** The Charity has developed numerous parent support programmes in deprived and less advantaged residential areas. It has operated in the UK, Ireland, Australia and South Africa. It has provided training to enable health visitors to do programme visiting to parents' homes. It also undertook research and monitoring of the quality of the work. This work will now be done mainly by para-professionals.
