**Activities:** Children are provided with enabling environments, which support their significantly complex needs. Access is challenging and resources are purchased to support the children eg the outside environment where children learn through play, specialist chairs, and bicycles to support the physical curriculum. Also recording devices which enable their achievements to be shared and celebrated with parents.
