## **ROTARY CLUB OF AMBER VALLEY TRUST FUND** ## **TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT** ## **YEAR ENDED 30[TH] JUNE 2025** The Trustees present their report and the audited financial statements of the charity for the year ended 30[th] June 2025. ## **REFERENCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS** Charity Number: 1058722 Principal Address: Laburnum Farm, Main Road, Pentrich, Ripley, Derbys. DE5 3RE Trustees: T Bonsall P Ramsbottom A T Loades I P Holliday ## **STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT** The Rotary Club of Amber Valley Trust Fund is a registered charity. It is governed by its trust deed dated 26[th] March 1996 and was entered on the Register of Charities on 17[th] October 1996. ## **TRUSTEES** The names of the Trustees are listed above. Trustees are recruited through Club membership and elected in General Meeting. ## **RISK** The Board of Trustees review the areas of risk that may affect the organisation. ## **OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES** The primary objective is the relief of the poor and needy and such other charitable purposes as the Club directs. In planning activities, the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit has been kept in mind. ## **ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE** The Club raised an amount of £62,561 from donations and fundraising. We donated £62,223 to charities and good causes. We also continued to support special projects at a school in India. This leaves a balance of £28,473 to carry forward for projects this current year. ## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** The Trustees continue to monitor the reserves policy. ## **INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANT** Ascentant Accountancy (Mr Kevin Drew) have examined these accounts and found them to be a true and accurate financial record.
