Objects: The Preservation And Health Among The Arabic Community In The Royal Borough Of Kensington And Chelsea And London Borough's Of Brent And Westminster (Hereinafter Called Area Of Benefit) By The Provision Of Advice, Information, Counselling And Support For People Suffering From Or Concerned With Effect Of Substance Abuse In Particular But Not Exclusively By: (1) Combating Drug Use/abuse And Addiction Among The Arabic Community In The Area Of Benefit.(11) Educating The Youth Of The Arabic Community In The Area Of Benefit On The Moral, Social, Legal And Health Issues Associated By With Drug Use/ Abuse And Addiction. (111) Creating Understanding Among Parents Of The Effect Various Used/abused Drugs, Thus Raising Their Awareness To The Signs Of Drug Use/abuse By Their Children Or Other Young People In The Area Of Benefit. (1V) Helping Direct Those Who Already Have Drug Use/abuse Problems To The Specialised Agencies Where They Can Receive The Appropriate Treatment And, Or Counselling.
