Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees of the Company (who are also the directors of the basis of report company for the purposes of company law), you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (“the 2006 Act’).
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, | report in respect of my examination of your charity’s accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the 2011 Act”). In carrying out my examination, | have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act. Objectives and activities
Our setting is a charity and as such is managed by a volunteer management committee - whose members are elected by the parents of the children who attend our setting. The elections take place at our Annual General Meeting. The committee make up the registered person with Ofsted and are responsible for: * Managing our finances; employing and managing our staff: making sure that we have, and work to, policies that help us to provide a high-quality service; and Summary of the objects of the making sure that we work in partnership with parents. charity set out in its governing document The Annual General Meeting is open to the parents of all of the children who attend our setting. It is our shared forum for looking back over the previous year's activities and shaping the coming year's plan.
Our setting has a parent support group. This group is made up of, and elected by, the parents of the children who attend the setting. In our setting we share with this group, some of the tasks involved in managing the setting.

To enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups. Our setting aims to:
