Activities
NELDA helps signpost people with disabilities in the North East Lincolnshire area to the help, facilities and services available to them. We try to be a focal point locally for other organisations and individuals to raise awareness of the issues and needs of people with disabilities. We hold open meetings to discuss a range of disability access issues, and invite local decision makers.
Objects: A) To Relieve Persons Who Are Disabled In Any Way Charitable In Law As The Executive Committee May Determine So That These Persons Have The Ability And Support To Live Independantly And Have The Means To Be Fully Integrated Into Society B) To Promote The Education Of The Public Regarding Issues Of Disability And To Provide Education For Persons Who Are Not Disabled About The Rights And Needs Of Perrsons Who Are Disabled
