Objects: A) To Promote For The Public Benefit, In The Area Of The Bracknell Forest Borough Council, The Provision Of Services Directed Towards Mediation, Conciliation Or Reconciliation As Between Persons, Organisations, Authorities Or Groups Involved Or Likely To Be Involved In Dispute Or Interpersonal Conflict Both Generally And, In Particular, In Any Situation Where That Dispute Or Conflict Results From Or May Lead To Acts Of Violence, Nuisance, Vandalism, Racial Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Unlawful Activity Or Breakdown Of Public Order But For The Avoidance Of Doubt This Shall Not Include Matrimonial Or Other Family Disputes. B) To Advance For The Public Benefit The Education Of The Public, In The Said Area Of Bracknell Forest Borough Council, In The Purposes And Methods Of Such Mediation, Concilation Or Reconciliation And, In Particular, The Understanding Of The Nature And Causes Of Any Such Disputes Or Conflicts And Of All Means Of Managing Them For Purposes Of Peaceful Resolution In The Interests Of Good Citizenship. C) To Promote For The Public Benefit The Participation Of All Members Of The Community Of Bracknell Forest Borough In The Work And Activities Of The Service In Order The Better And More Effectively To Fulfil And Further The Objects Of The Service And On The Basis Of Equality Of Opportunity As Set Out In Clause Iii Of The Constitution.
