**Objects:** TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST YOUNG PERSONS (OF EITHER SEX AND UP TO THE AGE OF TWENTY-FIVE YEARS) RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF BROADWAY IN THE COUNTY OF WORCESTER THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT OBJECT TO PROVIDE (OR JOIN IN PROVIDING) IN BROADWAY A CENTRE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION (INCLUDING GAMES) FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PERSONS.
