Objects: The Relief Of Disabled Persons Over The Age Of 16 Years Who Have Physical Or Other Disabilities Through The Provision And/or Assistance In The Provision And Management Of Long Term Residential Accommodation For Such People As The Foresaid("residents") And In Particular But Not So As To Limit The Generality Of The Foregoing: 1) To Provide And/or Assist In The Provision Of Such Care And Facilities As Are Appropriate For Residents For The Time Being. 2) To Provide And/or Assist In The Provision Of (A) Resource Centre(s) For Use By Residents And Ancilliary Thereto For Use By Non-Resident People Who Have Physical And/or Other Disabilities (Of Whatever Age) On An Out-Patient Basis. 3) To Provide And/or Assist In The Provision Of Short Term Respite Care For Persons Who Have Physical And/or Other Disabilities (Of Whatever Age).
