Children
are taught
not only physical
skills ofstrength,

and this year has| |been no exception. While many ofthem| |do often return to coach in the holidays,| |it does increase the staffing

encouraging

new juniors into the role of| |coaching to help build our support
base. We are also actively looking to| |recruit new parents tojoin our bank of| |parent helpers and possible future| |coaching staff as coaching numbers

that the club is struggling| |with currently.
This is a countrywide| |problem at the moment,
within
both| |voluntary
and paid coaching positions| |and so WGC is currently
working
hard| |to encourage
