OR ITS SUCCESSOR AND TO ASSIST IN ENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION, DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS WITH A VIEW TO FURTHERING THESE OBJECTS.
