Objects: To Relieve The Distress Of Asian Women And Children Who Are In Conditions Of Need Hardship Danger Or Distress And To Preserve And Protect The Health And Advance The Education Of Such Persons In Particular By 1. Providing Safe And Secure Temporary Accomodation For Such Persons And Assisting Them With Securing More Permanet Accomodation. 2. Providing Advice Assistance Support And Information On Matters Relating To The Economic Social And Health Needs Of Such Persons. 3. Providing Such Persons With Such Advice Assistance And Services Which They Would Not Otherwise Obtain As A Result Of Lack Of Means. 4. Promoting Equal Opportunities For Such Persons By Endeavouring To Eliminate Race Gender And Other Forms Of Discrimination.
