**high-quality care and education to**
**children aged 2 to 4. Children attending**
**our sessions benefit from opportunities**
**to learn and socialise under the**
**guidance of well-trained, experienced,**
**and enthusiastic staff.**
**Recognising that play is essential to**
**child development, all experiences and**
**activities at the Cylch Meithrin are based**
**on foundation phase principles and**
**learning through play. We place great**
**emphasis on early language, literacy,**
**and communication skills, as well as**
**social and personal development. All**
**services are provided through the**
**medium of Welsh. The Cylch operates**
**daily, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am**
**onwards.**
**We support 2-year-old children in**

**towards it, while the leader and manager**
**hold NVQ Level 5 qualifications. All staff**
**members possess current child**
**protection certificates. The leader**
**ensures that at least one staff member**
**with a first aid certificate is present at**
**each session, and all staff hold**
**paediatric first aid and food safety**
