Activities

The trust supports young people typically 14-17 years old to develop their education and personal development. It does this through paying financial rewards for achieving specific agreed goals. The small number of trustees also has flexibility to support financially any activity that in their opinion aids the development of any young person.

Objects: The Trustees Shall Hold The Trust Fund And Its Income Upon Trust To Apply Them For The Following Objects ("The Object") In Surrey And Greater London ("The Area Of Benefit"). The First Object Of The Charity Shall Be The Relief Of The Children With Emotional And Behavioural Disorders, Who Attend The Sidlow Bridge Centre, By Enabling Them To Participate In At Least One Residential Experience, In A Supportive And Secure Environment, Accompanied By The Qualified And Experienced Adults With Whom The Children Have Developed A Positive And Trusting Relationship. The Second Object Of The Charity Shall Be To Advance The Education Of The Children With Emotional And Behavioural Disorders, Who Attend The Sidlow Bridge Centre, By Providing Them With The Opportunity To Develop Their Social Skills And Self-Esteem, And Enable Them To Participate In A Variety Of Activities From Which They Have Been Deprived.
