Coiincil's (DC) contirkued financial support for the arts at a tiine wlien mai)y councils. incliiding neighbouring one5, no longer
fijnd ciilniral activity. Having applied for £50.000 ann111¢ Ily (incliiding an uplift to eiiable the organisa¢ion lo in¢orpordle its

Throughout 2023-24 Ansreach continued to refine and improve its govemance responsibilities, building on the work of the
pr¢vioLl$ year. The Board hus PLII in place new systems to monitor delivery again.%t fuiiding agrecment targets, botl) in
relation lo ACE Invcslment Priiiciples, and DC prioriiics. The aim is lo give a clear iindcrstaiiding of progr('ss and any issues
aboLlI, or barriers lo, dclivery; gt th¢ same time the process needs to be simple and casy to manage for the exeeuiivc. So far,
the system 15 working smoothly, providing an opportiiiiity for r¢tleclioii and evaluation which is usefiil to the executive and
vnliicd by the Board. Th¢ Board also implemenied the ACE concept of haviiig a dedie&ted board Environmenial Champion.
