Th¢ major risks to which the charity is expo$od. as identified by the trustees, have been reviewed and system$ have
been esrablished co MI￿&￿te thos¢ risks. The main ri$k ¢0 the charity 1$ that Sir Alan Parker will reduc¢ the levels
of funding going forward, or that donation agreements are entered into by the ehari¢y for which they subsequently
cannot meet as Sir ￿an Parker refuses or is unable to provide the funds ¢0 meet the obligation. To manage these
risks, the charity does not enter into donatlon agreements unless it already has sufficient cash resetr￿ In place in
order to meet its obligation5 a5 they lall due.
