Independent Examlner's Report lo Ihe Truslees of Ihe Falrfleld Assockthon I report on the accounts of the Twst for the year ended 30 April 2024. Responslbllttles ond basls of the report As the charity trustees of the Tnjst you are responsible for the preparation of the occounts in accordance wilh the requirements of the Charities Act 201 1 "the Act"). I report in respect of my examination of Ihe Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section l 45151 Ibl of the Act. Independent examlner's statement I hove completed my exomination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe thot in any material respect: al accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act,. or bl the accounts do not accord with these records. I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enoble a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
