**Activities:** To relieve African Caribbean persons in the area of benefit (Yorkshire, Humberside and Nottinghamshire) who are suffering from mental illness or who otherwise are in need by reason of their age, youth, disability, financial hardship or social circumstances , by the provision of social and health care facilities.
