PCA work with local organizations and inhabitants in the area to promote health, advance education and provide facilities for social and leisure time occupation with the object of improving quality of life of the community.PCA engage with voluntary groups to run a monthly forum, and provide facilities including a youth club, computer classes and a befriending group for children in care.
