**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF SICK, NEGLECTED OR ABANDONED ANIMALS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION, AND RE-HOME WHERE APPROPRIATE. ANIMALS AWAITING RE-HOMIMG TO BE BOARDED AT COMMERCIAL BOARDING KENNELS.

**Activities:** The charity is involved in the re-homing and adoption of animals, and in particular dogs. In order to raise funds to meet the costs of veterinary and boarding fees prior to re-homing, we run a charity shop staffed by volunteers in Eastwood, as well as receiving donation from the public and those rehoming the animals.
