National Voices is the coalition of charities that stands for people being in control of their health and care. We want person-centred care: people having as much control and influence as possible over decisions that affect their own health and care, as patients, carers and members of communities. We want people to be partners in the design of services and in research, innovation and improvement.
Objects: 3.1 To Advance Health And To Relieve Those In Need By Reason Of Ill-Health Ordisability, Including Without Limitation To Relieve People Affected By Long-Termhealth Conditions And Disabilities, In Particular But Without I Imitation, Byfostering And Encouraging Co-Operation Between Individuals, Voluntaryorganisations And/or Public Bodies Connected With Health And Social Care In Acommon Effort To Improve The Care And Treatment Of Service Users And Topromote Services Which Take Account Of The Needs Of Service Users Andcarers; And3.2 To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Subjects Of Health And Socialcare, Including The Causes, Effects And Treatments Of All Long-Term Healthconditions And Disabilities.
