("PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEED" SHALL MEAN FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CONSTITUTION THOSE PERSONS WHO NEED SPECIAL CARE BECAUSE OF THEIR PHYSICAL AND OR MENTAL CONDITIONS)

**Activities:** SNAPPS is a special needs support group based in Seaford for East and West Sussex, Brighton and Hove and surrounding areas - for people of all ages with disability, illness or/and difficulties of all kinds, plus carers and families, our newsletter invites members to our fun days and parties. Membership is free whatever your age, we are here to help.
