Activities
The charity is to apply the trust funds for the benefit of refugees, who are resident in, or intend to reside in, the United Kingdom. The funds are to be used to relieve people in need, by reason of poverty, sickness, and distress by advancing education, confidential advice, representation, counselling, and interpreting services.
Objects: (A) For The Benefit And In Particular For The Benefit Of Those Members Of The Public Who Are Refugees And Who Are Resident In Or Are Intending To Reside In The United Kingdom By Relieving Persons Who Are In Need By Reason Of Poverty, Sickness And Distress, By Advancing Education And By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Those Persons For Whom The Facilities Are Provided. (B) For The Relief Of Poverty Of Refugees And Asylum Seekers Who Are Resident Or Are Intending To Reside In The United Kingdom By Providing Such Persons With Free And Confidential Advice, Assistance, Representation, Counselling, Translating And Interpreting Services In Matters Such As Asylum, Immigration, Money, Debts, Welfare Benefits, Housing, Health, Education, Training And Employment.
