**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE STUDENTS OF DURHAM UNIVERSITY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL,RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL,RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE FACILITIES IN AUGMENTATION OF SUCH FACILITIES FINANCED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF DURHAM.

**Activities:** A charity originally established to offer an annual bursary to a post graduate of the University of Durham. The charity is however in the course of winding itself down and will make one final endowment of its residual funds to commemorate the 175 anniversary of the University of Durham.
