(B) BY THE SAME MEANS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT SUCH OTHE RPART OR PARTS OF SOUTH AND CENTRAL ASIA AND MONGOLIA AND THEIR PEOPLES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME SPECIFY.
