Objects: To Promote Such Charitable Purposes As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit Including In Particular But Not So As To Limit The Generality Of The Foregoing: To Advance The Education And Training, Particularly Of Young Persons Who Are Resident In Merseyside (The Area Of Benefit) And Who Are Ex-Offenders Or At Risk Of Offending Through The Provision Of Such Training Facilities As Will Enable Such Persons To Aquire And Develop Vocational Skills
