Objects: To Relieve Poverty And To Advance Education And Promote The Rehabilitation Of Men And Women Who Have Suffered Or Are Liable To Suffer A Restriction On Their Liberty In Any Penal Establishment Or Through Any Means Whatsoever , Including Provision Of Temporary Community Accommodation For Single Men And Women And Men And Women With Dependent Children, The Provision Of A Counselling Service And The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Aforementioned Persons
