FINANCIAL REVIEW
Reserves policy
The board have determined that the unr¢slricted funds held by the charrty should be in excess of 3 months
running costs.
In 2023 we saw a steady increase in revenue more so in the later part of the year with the addf(ion of Rock
Hove and the Increase ol the referral feelroom rental lo £9. As with the opening of Rock Wesl back in 2013
Several therapists mi9raled across lo Rock Hove from the other clinics meaning that there were more
spaces across all three clini¢s and not necessarily a rise in income. However the planning of the increase in
the referral feelroom rental for September 2023 meant that the overheads w$re generally met. The need for
third clinic was evident when planning lo allocate the 2024 cohort for January 24 into the IV￿ Clinics and we
forecast that by September/Oclober 2025 we should be back up lo normal capacity in all three clinics. Al the
end of October 2023 throughout the band$ we had a total of 140 therapists in the following 8chemes.'.
34 Trainoes. 38 Inlermedsote5, 30 Accredrted, 40 Senior Accredf(ed.
Assessment numbers were up again in this financial year from 1178 in 2022 10 1271 with provision lo be able
lo book an a5ses$menl within weeks. We continue lo have a huge number of recommendations whèn
analysing the data. In 2023 our Glignls heard about the Rock Clini¢ by.."
FriendlFamily 46¢h, Word of Mouth 13Qh, GP 110/0, Returning Client 110A, Other AgencylSeNi¢è 8%,
OlherlRalher not Say 6Vo. Search Enginelsocial Media 5%.
The Rock Clini¢ ran a successful 30 week SupgTvi$ion Training cour50 starting in Sgplembgr 2023 for 30
weeks that brought a profil of £7,225 into the Clinic fund$.
In June 2023 we received a loan of 15k for the acqUiS￿l0n of Rock Hove, thi8 helped enomiously with p8ying
the 3 month dep0511 and 2 months rent in advance along with the re-decoration and signage and new furniture
and fixings of all 7 therapy rooms, kitchen and office, It 15 expected that by the end of financial year October
2025 this loan will be paid ba¢k.So for in 2024 we have paid back 5k.
