The charity is constituted as a trust and the trustees are appointed by the existing trustees.
## **Objectives and activities**
## **Objects of Charity**
The charity is governed by constitution and the main objectives are the furtherance of the Christian Faith. In order to do this, regular activities are carried out and invitations given out to public. Finance is raised purely from members’ contributions. The day to day running of the church is delegated by the Trustees to the Pastor.
## **Summary of main activities in relation to these objects**
The Charity exists to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and to teach people the bible. All our activities reflect these core goals. The Church arranges or participates in
a number of activities to this end, namely Bible Conferences, Marriage Seminars, Men’s Discipleships, Revival Meetings with visiting preachers, Tent Crusades (home and abroad). We have complied with our duty to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.

## **Achievements and performance**
The year ending June 2025 was a great year of growth and fruitfulness for our congregation. We started the year with a move from a hotel to leased premises which allowed us to increase the number of services to include a mid-week service, and also has given us capacity for children’s ministries, prayer meetings, and additional revival and prayer meetings. This move was funded by the generosity of the congregation who committed to a six-month pledge to cover the costs of moving, equipment, and furnishing and decorating the new building.
We celebrated the new building with an open day in August, with a BBQ, bouncy castle and face painting. We were helped by Norwich, our grandmother church who sent a team. We saw over 40 visitors throughout the day including a family of 7 who are still part of our church family today.
We were blessed and encouraged by visiting preachers, with full revivals with Evangelist Paul Boddy, Evangelist Steve Gabriel, and special services with Evangelist Ben Baiden and Pastor Leon Etten.
We thank God for His faithfulness in the lives of our congregation members, seeing three people baptised in March 2025, our first wedding in April 2025, and we dedicated a number of children throughout the year.
We are believing God for more in our congregation, especially in the areas of fruitfulness and enlargement. As with last year, through their giving, we are seeing growth and promotion in people’s lives, which is timely and evidence of God’s response to the faithfulness of His people.
It is a privilege to see what God is doing, and we are continuing to believe for revival in West Bromwich and beyond.
## **Financial review**
We believe the church finances will grow next year with increased donations. This is because many already see the valuable work we
do as a church and are willing to keep supporting us financially.

The charity has no reserve policy. Restricted funds are used up when raised.

I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 30 June 2025, which are set out on Pages 6 and 7.
## **Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner**
The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity’s trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
## It is my responsibility to:
- Examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act;
- to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act; and
- to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
## **Basis of independent examiner’s statement**
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a ‘true and fair’ view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.

## **Independent examiner’s statement**
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
(1) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements:
- to keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Act; and
- to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the 2011 Act
have not been met; or
(2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
