**Objects:** 3.1 The objects of the Charity are: 3.1.1 the promotion of education and to establish or acquire and maintain a school or schools for the education of children and young people on Christian, Protestant and Evangelical principles in accordance with the doctrines of the Church of England but so that each such school shall be carried on as an educational charity. In furtherance of this object the trustees shall have the power to establish or acquire subsidiary entities which support or promote the charity?s primary object.
