The advancement of the Christian religion according to the
Statement of Faith of the Dawn Christadelphian
Fellowship. Facilitating collective worship and other
activities for the benefit of it_£ mpmbprs inclLidine Sunday
schools, and Bible studies. Organising preaching activities
including Bible talks and seminars.
Throughout the year we have held weekly Sunday morning
services at the Lee Bible Study Centre. in conjunction with
"Zoom" for the benefit ot those members unable to attend
in person.

Our principal activities for the benefit and interest of the
public were weekly Biblp. talks. seminars, and Bible study

We have maintained a website that lists our activities. This
is updated regularly to include details of future Bible talks,

The Charity has a policy of providing welfare
assistance to members and their families in need,
subject to agreement by the trustees. The Charity
also makes donations to members of the wider
Dawn Christadelphian fellowship and their families
in need both in the UK and overseas.

carried out by volunteers, including the trustees
and other tnembers of the Charity, together with
assistance from members of the wider Dawn
Christadelphian fellowship.

Sunday even4n8 Bible talk5
We continue to preach the Gospel at the Lee
Bible Study Centre and via "Zoom" to a much
wider audience both in the UK and overseas.
The programme for our Sunday evening Bible
talks is changed annually with a view to
maintaining and increasing attendance by Bible
students.

Bible study classes
We hold regular study classes on Wednesday
evenings at the Lee Bible Study Centre which
include a wide varip.ty of Bible based subjects
and these have been supported by our members
and interested friends. The use of "Zoom" has
enabled us to join with other groups in the Dawn
Christadelphian Fellowship and share our limited
resources more effectivelv.
Seminars
A number of Bible students benefited from
attending our autumn 2023 and Spring 2024
series of mid-week seminars.
Oversea5 financial as515tance
During the year we have given financial
assistance to overseas members of the Dawn
Christadelphian community and their familie5 in
India, Jamaica, Malawi. Mozambique, Tanzania,
Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
We have also made donations to a fund for Jews
n Israel who are in need of financial support.
Beth Ezra care home
We have also given financial and other practical
support to Beth Ezra. a Christadelphian care
home In Purley, Surrey.
Lee Bible Study Centre
Although the building is over 100 years old, we
endeavour to maintain it in a good £tatp of
repair. This year we incurred expenditure on
repairs to the roof. electrical installation and
flooring.

Fundraising activities
A large part of our regular fundin8 {48%1 was
derived from weekly Sunday bag collections. In
addition, we received Gift Aid donations122Y.)
and other donations {9Yol. We also received a
Gift Aid tax refund for the tax year ended 5
th
April 2024 of £3.185.

The Charity has maintained a healthy financial
position throughout the year and had sufficient
reserves on 30 september 2024 to meet its
ongoing commitments for the foreseeable
future.
The Charity's unrestricted Reserves are divided
between the General Fund and the Building
Fund. The Charity's policy which is reviewed
annually, is to maintain minimum reserves of
£9,000 un tlie Genertil Fund. Any Shortfall on
the Building Fund will be made good by
transfer from the General Fund.
The General Fund Reserve totalled £20,950 on
30 September 2024. This includes £1,914 held
in the Building Fund which ha5 been increased
by a transfer of £25 per week from the General
fund to cover regular maintenance of Linden
Hall and a provision for future repairs.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('the Trust") for the year ended 3010912024.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's tiustées. you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the
Act").
I report In respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have
followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under
section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent
examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I confinn that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in. any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordanca with section 130
of the Charities Act., or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
con￿mIng the fomi and content of accounts sel out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no conrems and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
