**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ROYAL REGIMENT OF FUSILIERS AND TO MAINTAIN ITS HISTORY, TRADITIONS AND FOSTER ESPRIT DE CORPS.  TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS WHO ARE SERVING OR HAVE SERVED IN THE REGIMENT OF THE ROYAL WARWICKSHIRE FUSILIERS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN A CONDITION OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.

**Activities:** The charity is for the benifit of the members of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers ( Royal Warwickshire) Regimental Association. The Charity supports annual reunions, association events, association meetings and makes grants to branches of the regimental association in Warwickshire and the West Midlands to support branch activities. It makes grants to the Fusilier Museum Warwick.
