The NYO Endowment Trust is the endowment fund for the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain. It was formed in 1996 in order to ensure the financial stability of the Orchestra. The intention is that should income donations not cover the running expenses of the Orchestra then there will be a fund from where the deficit can be covered.
Objects: 1. Advance The Education Of The General Public (And Particularly Young Persons) In The Study Appreciation And Practice Of Music And The Allied Arts. 2. The Relief Of Poverty Amongst Members Or Former Members Of The Orchestra To Prepare Or Assist Entry Into Trade Or Service.
