Gods Kingdom Society (GKS) Church is a UK charity registered with the Charity Comrnission of England & Wales. The organisation is managed by the administrative committee and a board of trustees. To vindicate. admonish. preach and impart to mankind irrespective of colour. creed or race the wholesome idea of service, fear. adoration and reveren￿ to God Almighty, the Maker of man, the Author of Lrfe, and the Great Ruler and Architect of the Universe. To excite the interest of Africans and all people of the earth to study the Holy Bible, the Christian ethics and theology and to promote all means and measures conducive to the propagation of this knowledge for the eventual peace and realisation of hannony and tranquillty among all people of the human race in accordance with scriptural ideology. Ob'ectives and Activrties The principal activty of Ihe chaiity is to propagate the saving gospel of Jesus Christ all over the world and to educate young people in acclxdance with Christian princiths. The trustees have given regard to the charities commission guidance on public benefrt and in particular, the guidance on charities for the advancement of religion. The GKS is committed to enabling as many people as possible to join us for worship at our church and to become members and part of our Christian communty. In doing so she provides a benefft to the public by.. Providing a facilty for public worship. pastoral care. spiritual, moral and intellectual development for members and anyone who wishes to benefft from what the church offers Promoting Christian values and service by members of the church, to one another as well as in and to their communities for the benefft of individuals and society as a whole. To enable members and well-wishers to put their faith into practice, the chaiity is involved in numerous day-t(￿aY church activities and other activrties, which are advertised and made available freely to members of the public and the communty. Activities include but not limited to: Sunday Church Services Sunday school Weddings Bible Study Youth Work Various Workshops and Seminars Pastoral rAre ft)r people in the communty Providing outreach work.

GODS KINGDOM SOCIEfY(GKSJ CHURCH Report of The Trustees for Year Ended 31 December 2024 Achievements and Perfomian Throughout 2024 the church witnessed fvrther growth and development of GKS regional units. The GKS unit in Newcastle organised regular Servi￿ meeting. providing the opportunty for members and guests in and arourKI the North East of England to worship in-person at least I￿ a month. In October, GKS Manchester unit, organised and hosted a regional Freedom Day ￿lebratIon. The event proved to be an overwhelming success to the glory of God, attracting participants from wide ranging places, as far as London to Nottingham and numerous towns and cities in between. Youth Activities The Gods Kingdom Society's Youth Assembly was held from Friday 23 August 2024 to Sunday 25th August 2024 at the church premises in London. The theme for the 2024 youth assembly was "Only True Clean and Sincere Worship God Accepts" As usual. the aim of the conference is to transform, inspire and educate students and youths on becoming a good asset to the communty through posrtive Christian attitude and behaviour as well as to showcase the praises of God Almighty. This year we were extremely honoured and privileged to be joined Brother O.D Akinwale, Executive Board member and Treasurer of the Church. Youths from all over the country and further afield, converged at the church premises in London for a wtde-ranging programme of activities, including musical perfonnances, bible quiz, drama. talks. seminars and much more. The President's keynote address and message for the youths this year was entiued: °Only True Clean and Sincere Worship God Accepts.. The 2024 Youth Assembly was once again highly inspiring, informative and ended successfully on Sunday 251h August 2024 to the glory of God and Jesus Christ. Freedom Da Celebration The Gods Kingdom Society's Freedom Day celebrats'on in London was held on the 20th October 2024. For this event. the decision was made to retum to the extemal venue in Croydon, previously used for 2023 Freedom Day celebration. This year we were extremely honoured and privileged to welcome the Vice President of the Church, Brother T.M Ekisowei, who led and presided over the Freedom Day celebrations in the UK.

Following the President's message. there were performances from various choral groups, before an elder in the Church, Brother L. Edemhanria was called on to take the semon entrtled: "Was Christ bom on Christmas Day.. In his sennon, the church elder was able to successfully prove from the bible chronology that Jesus Christ could not have been born in December. but rather the evidence from the bible establishes his birth in October. The 2024 Freedom Day celebration. with over 400 people in attendance ended well to the to the glory of God and his beloved son Jesus ChrisL Charitsble Givin & Donations The church continues to provide financial support and donations, nationally and intemationally as helping those in need is a practical demonstration of our faith Support and donated funds are used for, but not limited to: Building and repair of places of worship, provision of Bible-based literature, study material and sermons, capacity building and other means to facilitate the worship of God. Financial support and contributions were made to the following: For the development and maintenance of St Urhobo Square in Salem Cty Warri For assistance towards various Branches, including Liberia A clinic and charty sch¢)ol in Warri Nigeria Members of the welfare committee, sisters committee and other volunteers continued to support members of the church as well as other vulnerable individuals in cash and goods. This financial support and donations provided locally. nationally and intemats'onally were of immense benefft to both individual recipients as well as receiving organizations. The trustees and the administrative committee gNe our thanks. gratitude and sincere appreciation to God Almighty and his beloved son Jesus Christ, for their continuing goodness and abundant provision during 2024. We are also extremely grateful to all members, friends and well-wishers for the level of support we have re￿Ived frorn them throughout the year.

GODS KINGDOM SOCIETY(GKS) CHURCH Report of The Trustees for Year Ended 31 December 2024 Financial Review Income:_ The principal funding source for the church is from members, contributions in the fonn of tithes. free-will offerings, and other donations. The church does not raise funds from the general public and neither does it engage any third parties to do this on behalf of the church. Total re￿IPtS of fvnds for the year dropped to £225,147 (£231,639; 2023), ￿preSenting 2.80A decrease from the previous year. The administrative committee arKI the trustees are once again very grateful to Jehovah, The Almighty God, and all those who have donated in one way or the other for their continued support of the church and the dispensation of the saving gospel of Jesus Christ. Resources Expended:. Total expended for the year was £152,173 (£219,530. 2023), which represents a decrease of 300h from the previous year. Of this, £125,535 was spent on charitable activities and £21,499 on general overhead expenses. Charitable activrties included £63,756 spent in ongoing support for the Ministry. Assistan was also provided for repairs and maintenance of church buildings and service halls. Funds were also spent on Home Office sponsorship and visa applications, facilitating the organisation of travel arrangements arKI the upkeep of visiting ministers. £1,570 was spent on health-related expenses and insurance and £10,000 was spent on support and assistance to intemational branches of the church. £21,522 was spent on evangelism and gospel propagation and £12,350 was spent on charitable donations. A total of £11,203 was spent on welfare related expenses and assistan to members. This included funds that were provided to support the elderly, be￿aved, sick, mothers with new bom babies and others that required assistance. Miscellaneous expenses for the year were £5,139. of which £1,171 was related to choir expenses and purchase of music equipment. Balance Sheet:. The balance sheet has increased during the year by £63.201. Key movement in the year include an increase in cash of £68,026 from (2023), a slight decrease in debtors of £1,915 from (2023) The net result for the year was a net surplus of £72,974 and an overall in￿aSe to the value of the balance sheet by £63.201.

GODS KINGDOM SOCIETY(GKS) CHURCH Report of The Twstees for Year Ended 31 December 2024 Risk Mana ement The trustees have assessed the major risks to which the church is exposed to and are satisfied that sufficiently robust systems are in pla￿ to manage these risks. The principal risk identffied by the trustees which the church is exposed to, is her continued dependence on voluntary income. Our primary and most utilised mode of revenue collection had been collection of tithes, offerings at our weekly Sunday Servi￿ and via special events popularly referred to as 'Launchings' where members and well-wishers would present their financial gifts. The church finances are kept under review and trustees will continue to monitor the yearly budgets and to adjust them as necessary in light of prevailing situats.on and condrtions. Appropriate insurance cover and procedures are also in place to ensure Complian￿ with the health and safety of members and visitors. Future Develo ments The trustees aim to continue with a regular programme of maintenance works and repairs, to preserve and enhance the church property and facilities. In addition to this, the trustees will also continue to explore different ways and options of furthering our charitable objectives in and out of the communty effectively and to engage in creating positive change in the moral and spiritual climate which refleds our Christian ethos arKI beliets.
