The main governing body of the Church shall be the Church Council.

• The Church Council shall be responsible to the Church Meeting, and important decisions made at a Church Council meeting shall be approved at the Church Meeting.

The Church Council shall, in the discharge of its responsibilities, be assisted in the implementation of its policies and decisions by standing committees and ad hoc committees, all of which shall be appointed by the Church Council and reported to the Church Members.
The Pastor shall be deemed an ex-officio member of all committees.
The quorum at all meetings of the Church Council or any committee shall be one half of its membership.

The Church accepts the Christian faith as set forth in the Old and New Testaments and as summarized in the Apostles' Creed.

The object of the Church is the advancement of Christian religion according to Christian faith by:

Preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching the doctrines of the Christian faith as set forth in the Holy Scriptures, primarily but not exclusively, to the Chinese in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.
• Being a spiritual home for Chinese Christians to worship and serve the Triune God, and to have fellowship in the context of their special needs.
• Co-operating with other churches and societies whose doctrinal position agrees with our Statement of Faith.
• Promoting the worldwide mission of Jesus Christ in evangelism and the relief of poverty.

MKCCC is committed to enabling as many people (ethnic origin of majority of them is Chinese) as possible to worship at our Church and to become part of our community at Milton Keynes. MKCCC maintains an overall of worship throughout the year and our weekly Sunday services put faith into practice through prayer and scripture, music and sacrament.

The church council of MKCCC has considered the Commission’s guidance on public benefit and, in particular, the specific guidance on charities for the advancement of religion while planning our activities. We specially try to enable ordinary people to live out their faith through: • Worship and prayer; learning about the Gospel; developing knowledge and trust in Jesus and growing up in spirit,
• Provision of care and love for each other • Children programme (aged 4-17) to develop their trust in Jesus • Missionary and outreach work

Worship and prayer

MKCCC runs weekly Sunday services and organises a number of special events to celebrate Christian and Chinese events (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival).

contribution made by volunteers.

We also run monthly prayer meetings and bi-weekly bible study fellowships at church, which our community find both beneficial and spiritually fulfilling.

This year, we have been successful in welcoming more new Hong Kong BNO families into our church. We also continued to have English Service and children & youths Sunday School every Sunday.

As well as our regular services, we enable our community to celebrate and thank God at the milestones of the journey through life. We have celebrated our church’s 34[th] Anniversary on 7[th] July. Church members increase its number to 142 by the end of 2024 in God’s Grace.

Mission and Evangelism

Helping those in need is a demonstration of our faith, The Missionary Department organised a missionary training, which was led by Simon & Lydia Tam from Operation Mobilization (OM). The Missionary Department also organised a short-term missionary trip to Nottingham on 28[th] September, 5[th] and 22[nd] October, and invited our supported

8t missionaries to share their mission ministry on 31 March (OM), 28 th September (COCM) and 24° November (CCRGM). Meanwhile, nearly 10 % of our annual fund £ 12,376.36 donated by our worship participants was offered to support 6 different charity anisations. 事工內容報告

l 2024 年度主題：「活出使命人生建造使命教會」

「我們原是神的工作，在基督耶穌裡造成的，為要叫我們行善，就是神所預備叫我們行的。」(弗 2:10) 我們們原是神的工作，工作這個詞是譒譯 masterpiece，即，我們原是祂的傑作。所以，我們不要小看自己，因為神看我們為祂的傑作。

在這節經文的第二句，「…為要叫我們行善，就是神所預備叫我們行的。」這裡道出一個重要信息：我們經歷祂的再造，為要成為神蹟的器皿。正因如此，我們信主後都要認定自己是有使命的。

信徒要常常互相提醒：我們必須認清自己的身份，又要留意從神而來的使命，好讓我們每天活著，都是是帶著使命而活，「活出使命人生」，一齊努力「建造使命教會」。

l 培訓工作

為了配會全年年題，教會在上半年推行了一連串培訓工作，裝備信徒，活出使命人生，包括：

[1] 舉辦挑戰視野宣教課程

二月至五月期間舉行。

這是香港差傳事工聯會出版的課程：《挑戰視野：普世宣教展望》；在這課程中，參加者可以一起從聖經出發，走過 4000 年的差傳歷史，再進入跨文化領域，鼓勵參加者走往「實踐大使命」的方向。

國語堂參加者以網上形式進行六次的課堂. 粵語堂參加者以實體上堂，進行教學。

[2] 個人佈道訓練

2024 年 6 月份，英國短宣中心聯同國際短宣使團多名董事及宣教士，到米頓堅分別培訓國語堂會友及粵語堂會友：

(國語) 培訓日期: 6 月 22 日下午 2 時至 9 時；講師：洪順強牧師

培訓內容包括：如何講解救恩、打開福音話題、如何向家人傳福音、探訪佈道法及精彩十字架佈道法等。

Zoom 上課程，參加者掌握課程核心和材料，應用在日後的栽培初信生命工作上，可以一對一培育新生命。

上半年：宣教課程《挑戰視野：普世宣教展望》國: 網上課; 粵:實體上課下半年：國語堂一月一次，實體查經聚會，查考經卷：腓立比書; 粵語堂：實體查經聚會，查考生命之道之「箴言」

[2] 2024 年: 讀經運動

由 2024 年 1 月 1 日開始推行。按「讀經表」進度，每日讀四章或聆聽四章。目的是讓大家一齊愛慕聖經，天天快閱讀聖經，好讓大家能在神的話語上有美好的札根，並朝向一年全本聖經一次。

為幫助大家持之以恒，每週在教會程序表上列明讀經進度，並在每季收集各人的讀經記錄，成功按進度完成者，將獲奬品一份，以示鼓勵：一至三月：摩西五經系列，共有 92 人完成

四至六月：四福音系列，共有 83 人完成七至九月：智慧文學系列，共有 68 人完成

十至十二月：新約書信系列；經統計後，全年完成全本聖經者，共有 73 人。

[3] 國語堂在本年度展開：自 2024 年 4 月開始，每月一次讀經分享，互相勉勵，愛慕讀經，生命成長。

[4] 浸禮:本年度共有 12 人接受水禮。

[5] 孩童奉獻禮

日期: 10 月 27 日。有五個家庭，共有六個孩童參與奉獻禮；五對父母在眾人面前表達奉獻的心志，立志遵照聖經的教訓，在家中進行基督教教育，使孩童在成長歷程裡明白真道，接受救恩，成為一個愛主愛人的基督徒。

[6]爸爸學校及弟兄同行團契

英國第 8 屆「爸爸學校」舉行日期：9 月 6、7、13、14 日，地點：Christ Church。本堂隨即在十月份開始成立了「弟兄同行團契」，期盼一班弟兄們,能在主裡有知心朋友, 一齊互勉成長。

年度主題 :

回顧 2024 年, 為神在過去一年對教會的供應及帶領獻上感恩。教會以「活出使命人生，建造使命教會」主題為教會的年度目標，鼓勵每位弟兄姊妹在基督裡持續成長，將信仰化為行動，活出神所賜的使命。

活出使命人生，我們蒙神呼召，不僅是得著救恩，更要在生活中實踐主的旨意，成為光和鹽，見證基督。將福音傳揚出去，讓更多人因我們的生命見證而認識神。
建造使命教會，教會是基督的身體，我們彼此扶持、同心建造，使教會成為彰顯神榮耀的地方，並要持守真理，在基督的話語上生根建造，使我們在信仰的道路上，無論環境如何，都能堅定不移，滿有信心持續向前，將生命獻上，完成神託付我們的使命。

理事會 :

2024年理事會共有十二位執事，包括: 王濤執事、黃蔡香齡執事、楊吳翠玲執事、鄭劉詠誼執事、劉藹誼執事、陳鏡鴻執事、彭莫冰執事、李津執事、謝海峰執事、韓軼執事、陳麗絹執事和何燕怡執事。各負責的部門有: 王濤執事為理事會主席和關懷部部長、黃蔡香齡執事為教會中文秘書和崇拜部部長、楊吳翠玲執事為傳道部部長、鄭劉詠誼執事為兒童部部長、劉藹誼執事為教會英文秘書和理事會副主席、陳鏡鴻執事為總務部部長、彭莫冰執事和李津執事為財務部部長、韓軼執事為差傳秘書、謝海峰執事和何燕怡執事為英文部部長和建堂小組部長、陳麗絹執事為初任執事參與在關懷部副部長。2024年理事會成立了一個教會法務工作小組，由曾惠芳傳道、謝海峰執事和何燕怡執事負責。全年理事會商議共9次理事會會議、1次執事專題會議及3次聘牧專題會議。1月7日執事差遣禮, 5月11日理事會退修會。

曾惠芳傳道續約和陳劍鋒傳道就職禮 :

教會於 1 月 28 日會友堂會通過接納續約聘請曾惠芳傳道為教會 3 年全職傳道。教會也於 9 月 8 日會友堂會通過接納聘請陳劍鋒傳道為教會 1 年全職傳道，陳劍鋒傳道在 12 月 1 日正式上任。教會於 12 月 15 日為陳劍鋒傳道舉行就職禮崇拜，邀請了呂子峰顧問牧師前來勉勵與祝福，就職禮由曾惠芳傳道帶領。感謝神引領陳劍鋒傳道成為帶領牧養我們教會的傳道人，願神繼續賜恩祝福陳傳道與大家同心建造教會，見證榮耀神，共同完成神所託付的使命。

教會三十四週年堂慶 :

2024 年 7 月 7 日三十四週年堂慶感恩崇拜，呂子峰顧問牧師以「從蒙福到祝福」證道勉勵。堂慶崇拜結束後在 G-Block Hall 舉行堂慶聚餐。

浸禮 :

感謝神 2024 年在 Christ Church 舉行兩次教會浸禮崇拜，上半年於 5 月 25 日舉行，受浸肢體共 3 位有王亞麗姊妹、李秀雲姊妹和黃衞東弟兄。下半年於 12 月 14 日舉行，受浸肢體共 9 位有劉夢惠姊妹、李美華姊妹、楊錫勳弟兄、李果果姊妹、龔莉莉姊妹、倪恩恒姊妹、何心柔姊妹、林可陶姊妹和屈睿恩姊妹。由顧問牧師呂子峰牧師和曾惠芳傳道主禮施浸，全年兩次浸禮共有 12 位弟兄姊妹歸入主的名下。

嬰孩奉獻禮 :

2024 年崇拜部工作報告

2024 年崇拜部事工 :

2024 年是充滿恩典的一年，崇拜部全體弟兄姐妹同心合意地推動各項事工，並透過多次會議與各項事工推動，提升崇拜各項事奉崗位的事奉，促進國粵語堂之間的合作與合一。

全年商議 6 次會議，主要負責安排各項崇拜相關事奉包括領詩、司琴、傳譯、詩歌小組、聖餐襄禮、預備聖餐、司事、影音、PPT、及預備崇拜程序表等, 並崇拜程序和事奉人員輪值的安排與調整, 崇拜各項新進事奉人員的邀請及事奉守則的培訓, 不定期安排各項崇拜崗位事奉座談會和事奉人員溝通交流, 在聯合崇拜中，安排國粵語敬拜隊互相配搭及獻詩，促進兩堂肢體連結, 崇拜設備採購與更新,與遵行 Health and safety 法規紀錄崇拜出席掃描的跟進。

崇拜部安排與調整一些特別崇拜，例如:家庭崇拜、受苦節、復活節、浸禮崇拜、新春, 中秋及聖誕節福音崇拜、堂慶崇拜…等相關事宜，以及有時 Oakgrove 中學無法租借時的地點轉換相關的安排, 並且緊密地與講員聯繫和對崇拜相關教導安排等等。

2024 年崇拜部事工概要 :

一、領會事奉崗位恢復

自 2024 年 4-6 月事奉輪值開始, 分別領詩與領會的事奉崗位, 恢復設立領會帶領崇拜的程序, 領詩負責崇拜及回應詩歌的帶領。

二、傳譯安排問卷調查

針對國粵語會眾需求，先進行問卷調查後，決定維持原有傳譯方式。
討論字幕翻譯的可能性及測試。

三、2024 年事奉人員培訓＆座談會：

敬拜隊相關交流會＆培訓：
1) 粵語敬拜隊交流會： 1 月 27 日於 COCM, 邀請葉錫安老師和師母介紹敬拜培訓的課程。
2) 跟進伴唱輪值安排交流會 : 6 月 3 日 Zoom 商討困難及解決方法。
3) 領詩新進事奉人員守則分享：9 月 4 日。

上半年 5–7 月的課程，每個月約四次上課（三次粵語一次國語），由 Janice 姐妹針對個別弟兄姐妹的歌唱技巧問題進行指導。

五、聯合崇拜獻詩：

7 月 7 日堂慶聯合崇拜 : 兒童詩班獻詩, 粵國語敬拜隊聯合獻詩。
12 月 15 日聯合崇拜(陳劍鋒傳道就職禮), 粵國語敬拜隊聯合獻詩。
12 月 22 日聖誕福音聯合：兒童詩班獻詩, 聖誕報佳音團隊獻詩。

六、崇拜設備提升與改善

更換粵語堂 Mixer、投影機(Projector)、線材、譜架及一對無線 Mic 的採購。
• 為防止線材絆倒問題，增設蓋線軟墊，提升安全性。

2024年教會雖然沒像兩年前那麼多新朋友到來，但為了讓來了的弟兄姊妹和慕道朋友繼續留在MKCCC，我們也盡力地透過不同團契小組，用愛心關懷和各類型的活動吸引他們繼續留下，讓慕道朋友也藉此接觸教會，從而接受福音，得著耶穌基督寶貴的救恩。

關懷事工:

關懷小組探訪了一些新加入教會的家庭，彼此認識外，也為他們適應新環境而禱告，及分享一下適應上的經驗。小組也探望、慰問好幾位相熟，但身體有軟弱的肢體，更為他們禱告，求主醫治。另外，家中有喜、喪的，我們也送上祝福、慰問咭及鮮花等。

慶祝活動:

2 月11 日農曆新年慶祝活動
7 月7 日教會34 週年堂慶於Oakgrove School 舉行聚餐，超過200 位弟兄姊妹朋友參與。
9 月15 日中秋節猜燈謎遊戲年華遊園會

教會聯誼活動:

5 月6 日教會春季旅行，地點為Wicksteed Park, Northamptonshire. 參加人數超過150 人。

教會浸禮:

5 月25 日有三位弟兄姊妹接受水禮。
12 月14 日有九位弟兄姊妹接受水禮。關懷部與其他部門一起同工見證他們歸主名下，並聚餐慶祝。

教會培靈會:

6 月29 及30 日講員為滕張佳音師母，主題：用我一生。
7 月2 日也舉行了專題講座：分辨異端邪術

禱告小組與代禱卡:

感謝神，禱告小組自從2023 年4 月開始，每天有弟兄姊妹為教會的事工，肢體以至整個世界禱告神。至今已有40 多位禱告勇士參與。求主垂聽我們的禱告，按祢的心意成就各樣美事。

I am so blessed to have many brothers & sisters involved in the Sunday school. I am thankful to each of them for their effort & time in the children ministry.

Explorer class

We have started the first Explorer class in February 2024. This is a course for the teens (from year 10 & above) to explore faith and trying to discuss and find answers of the queries in faith. We have 6 lessons covering different topics and we hope to help the teens to get to know God more.

Voyager

Voyager group is set up for the graduates of Explorer class. They meet every first Sunday after worship. We hope to keep building up their faith and encourage them to build up their relationship with God.

Mother’s day

Teachers led the children to make a flower for their mum. We also had a lesson about obeying our parents.

Father’s day

Teachers led the children to make a tie for their dad. The kids loved to decorate the craft for their dad.

Children programme for Baptism

We have prepared children programmes during Baptism service on 25/05/2024 and 14/12/2024. We had craft & video time.

Children & Youth worship

We have started to have children & youth worship on every Sunday in G block hall. We have our first children & youth worship on 27/10/2024. We would like to teach the children about worship and pray that they can learn to worship God from young. This also provides an opportunity for the teens to learn to serve as well.

It’s your move workshop 14/07/2024

We have organised a workshop for year 6 students to talk about life in secondary school and prepare them to face the new challenges. We have shared with them that we can rely on Jesus no matter what we are facing. We have invited some 4:12 fellowship leaders to join us in the workshop. The leaders helped to introduce the 4:12 fellowship to the year 6 students. And the 412 leaders held a fellowship taster session for the year 6 children to experience.

Summer Sunday School from 04/08/2024 to 25/08/2024

Our Summer Sunday school used the materials from Torchlighter series. We had been exploring different Heroes of the Faith. The children had been learning about different the stories of different missionaries in the history.

Parents Day

We had Parents’ Day for different classes in 2024. Love class parents was held on 26/05/2024. Joy class Parents’ Day was held on 09/06/2024. Patience class Parents’ Day was held on 14/07/2024. These Parents’ Day provides opportunities for the teachers & parents for more communications.

Missionary sharing from Simon & Lydia for Patience class

We have invited Simon & Lydia to share about missionary work to Patience Cantonese class youth on 25/02/2024 & to Patience English class on 28/04/2025. There were games, talks & role play for the youth to learn more about missionary. Simon & Lydia also shared about their work on the refugees from Ukraine & Roma.

Children Choir

Special thanks to Stefan and Joyce for leading the children Choir. They have choir practice every Sunday after Sunday school. They had sung in the worship on 26/02/2023, 07/07/2023 & 22/12/2024 respectively.

They also have a children choir talented show on 30/06/2024. Children had chance to show to others of what have they learned in different musical instruments.

Foodbank collection

This year near Christmas, we wanted to teach the children about giving thanks to God and caring for our community. We had asked the children to donate nonperishable food items for the Milton Keynes food bank in December 2024.

1. Crossway - The English Ministry

aCendees are from the HK BNO background, a trend expected to con7nue as more teenagers transi7on into youth ministry. Addi7onally, Milton Keynes’ expanding business landscape has aCracted young professionals seeking career opportuni7es.

Crossway Service and LifeGroup (fellowship) provide both spiritual support and a welcoming Chris7an community, especially for those living far from their families. It is essen7al to pray for Crossway during these changes and seek a unified vision among all involved in this ministry.

2. 4:12 Youth Fellowship (English & Cantonese Streams)

Since September, we have consistently seen 30-35 youths in the English Stream (ES) and 7080 youths in the Cantonese Stream (CS) aCending each week. We are grateful for our dedicated leadership teams: seven adults serving in ES and ten to thirteen adults in CS each week. It has been a blessing to serve together and approach youth ministry as a team.

2.1 English Stream (ES)

This year, we introduced four mixed-gender small groups across all ages. Though a new approach, it has been effec7ve. We are currently studying prayer , aiming to deepen the youths’ understanding of its power and significance in their rela7onship with God. Each group ac7vely encourages praying for one another, fostering spiritual growth and community.

2.2 Cantonese Stream (CS)

We have witnessed notable spiritual growth among older teens , with many engaging more deeply in Bible study. The Discipleship Camp in October 2024 was especially impaceul, inspiring some to step up and serve at Crossway.

2.3 Challenges in 4:12 Youth Fellowship

Overcrowding – The large number of aCendees (especially in CS) has made sessions difficult to manage, causing some to disengage due to noise levels.
Discipleship OpportuniSes – We need more structured discipleship programs for younger youths.
Leadership Shortages – Recrui7ng addi7onal adult leaders remains a challenge. With our growing youth aCendance, we need more mature leaders to co-lead Bible studies and mentor the youth. Please pray for God to raise new leaders.

4.2 4:12 Fellowship Hoodies

135 hoodies with a custom logo were produced, par7ally funded by the Southeast Council Funding.

We thank God for guiding and blessing MKCCC’s English Ministry throughout 2024. The English Department worked closely with the Church CommiCee and leaders in Crossway, LifeGroups, and 4:12 Fellowship. Together, we serve as a strong communica7on bridge and collabora7ve team.

The weekly aCendance of Crossway, LifeGroups, and 4:12 Fellowship has grown steadily over the past few years. We count our blessings and con7nue seeking God’s provision and guidance as we move forward in the English Ministry.

Final Report 2024 Christmas Market. G08pel. and Music Fest We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in and supported our recent 2024 Christmas Market, Gospel and Music Fest. The enthusiasm, joy, and energy that our youth brought to this celebration of faith and community were truly inspiring. This report serves as a final recap of the event and an expression of our deep appreciation for all that God has done. Event Overview Building on the success of our 2023 Christmas Gospel Event, we expanded our reach this year to include teenagers living within a 1.5-hour drive across five cities: Milton Keynes, Loughborough, Nottingham, Reading, and Coventry. Our mission was clear: V To share God's story through the Christmas message. 21 To encourage teenagers to engage actively in servlng opportunltles, discover their gifts, and recognize the importance of sharing the Gospel while celebrating the true meaning of Christmas. The day was filled with purposeful activities, including: Christmas Market, Games and Busking, Worship Sessions, l-on-l Gospel Sharin& and Photo Booths. Despite the challenging weather conditions (a yellow warning in effect), God's grace prevailed. The event drew over 400 attendees, including 185 teenagers. Miraculously, we witnessed tangible spiritual impact: 22 Indlvlduals heard the Gospel through l-on-l sharlng 11 began catechumenate classes • 10 accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior 20

Appreciation We are in awe of God's work and the many blessings witnessed throughout this process. Reflecting on our journey, it is astonishing to remember that just four months ago we had no venue that could accommodate such a large gathering. Yet, through faith and perseverance, God guided us every step of the way. We are especially thankful for the parents, helpers, organizers, and prayer warriors whose hands-on support made this event possible. This celebration is a testament to the strength and unity of our Christian community in the UK. What. 8 ahead? While we celebrate the success of this event, we also recognize areas for growth & improvement. Organizing an event of this scale brought both joy and challenges throughout the process. We are looking forward to the continued collaboration and support both from parents and churches. 2023 年差傳部報告

在 2024 年，我們差傳部增加了 2 位部員。經過我們共同的商討，嘗試推廣一些合適我們的短宣活動和培訓。能夠讓弟兄姊妹多體驗不同的佈道經驗。透過培訓來使我們了解為何要宣教並如何宣教，⽽短宣活動讓我們實際的感受到宣教過程的艱⾟與收割的快樂。弟兄姐妹彼此配搭服侍的時候變得更加的親密，並經歷與神同⾏，與神同⼯的滿⾜與喜樂。

我們亦透過不同的差傳主日，邀請教會所支持的宣教士來教會證道及分享他們的差傳工作，讓弟兄姊妹認識不同的宣教士與他們的宣教工作和了解他們所面對的挑戰和難處。

一） 2 次諾丁漢短宣

a）9 ⽉ 28 ⽇ 10 為弟兄姐妹去到諾丁漢短宣。

b）10 ⽉ 5 ⽇ 22 為弟兄姐妹去到諾丁漢短宣。

這兩次的短宣安排為的是 10 ⽉ 6 ⽇的福⾳迎新崇拜做準備。我們的弟兄姐妹也在這次的短宣中體會到了彼此配搭，⼀同禱告讚美神，讓神帶領完成這次的短宣。也經曆了神奇妙的帶領，特別是在天氣的變化上，讓我們看到神⼤能的⼿保護著祂的⼦⺠。

二）宣教課程

OM 宣教⼠ Simon & Lydia Tam 協辦國語和粵語宣教課程 – 挑戰視野，從聖經基礎，宣教歷史，跨越⽂化，⽣命策略四個⽅⾯來明⽩普世宣。
教在課程中使弟兄姐妹更好的了解神的⼼腸，引領弟兄姐妹尋索使命。國語，粵語分開授課，並有多位弟兄姐妹完成此課程。

三）聖誕福⾳佈道會

我們教會受邀與諾丁漢華⼈福⾳教會在12 ⽉7 ⽇⼀同開辦了⼀場佈。
道會當⽇英國⼤⾵預警，我們帶著複雜的⼼情上路，⼀路禱告平安到達。我們都認為這樣的極端天氣，不會有新朋友到來。但神很奇妙，讓這場佈道會座無虛席。真真實實的讓我們看到了神的⼤能，我們只需要真⼼的擺上為主使⽤，其餘的神親⾃掌權。

四）差傳主日

a）31/03/2024 邀請了 Operation Mobilization (OM) 的譚慶光宣教士& 陳素英宣教士 (Simon & Lydia Tam) 在復活節崇拜證道分享及差傳分享會。
b）29/09/2024 邀請了 COCM 的⽑艷君牧師證道分享及差傳分享會。讓我們了解到 COCM 宣教機構各地新開的值堂事⼯。
c）24/11/2024 邀請了福⾳戒賭中⼼的吳浩瑋⻑⽼證道分享及差傳分
享會。帶我們從聖經來看什麼是賭博，提醒眾⼈回到神。

2024 年總務部工作報告

感謝神對教會的帶領和祝福，總務部及茶水服事團隊在這一年繼續發揮著重要作用，為弟兄姊妹、慕道朋友和被邀請的新朋友服事。感謝所有參與茶水服事的弟兄姐妹的辛勤付出，茶水團隊的服事讓教會這個大家庭更加溫馨和親切。願神繼續感動更多的弟兄姊妹參與服事。

我們在 2024 年繼續為洗禮和特別節日聚會做好各樣的準備和安排。洗禮和聚會是教會生活中重要的一部分，讓弟兄姊妹和被邀請的朋友可以共同慶祝和分享喜悅，也見證神所作的工和生命的改變。7 月堂慶，聯同關懷部首次在學校安排堂慶聚餐，超過200 位弟兄姊妹參與。感謝所有參與服侍的家組和小組，預備菜餚的弟兄姊妹，大家的付出讓這些活動充滿了溫暖和意義。

今年新加了球場看管的服侍，負責收費和18 歲以下兒童看管。教會額外租用了學校的室內球場，供應給願意在崇拜後留下來，參與崇拜後活動弟兄姊妹的子女，提供多一個活動空間和看顧，也讓孩子們可以有多一些彼此交流的時間。我們也歡迎其他願意留下來的弟兄姊妹參與及使用。感謝願意留下參與服侍的弟兄們，讓那些孩子和青少年可以有多一些交流的時間，建立關係。

自去年政府宣布禁用一次性茶杯的政策下，我們繼續鼓勵弟兄姐妹自覺攜帶茶杯，為環保出一份力。許多弟兄姐妹已經習慣自己攜帶茶杯，這是一個非常正面的變化，我們鼓勵更多的人加入這個行動，以減少教會的支出以及對一次性茶杯的依賴。感謝大家的配合和支持，我們相信這項舉措將對環境保護產生積極的影響。

由於儲物室的空間有限，我們也購買了新的儲物櫃，將教會的貴重物品保護好，讓敬拜的器材減少損壞和遺失的機會。

期待在 2025 年，總務部團隊將繼續努力，為教會的發展和會眾的需要服務。讓我們攜手同心，共同見證神的恩典和祝福！

		Ireport to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
		charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended31 / 12 / 2024.
Responsibilities and		As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
basis of report		accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
		(“the Act”).
		I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out
		under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
		have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
		under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
