The main governing body of the Church shall be the Church Council.

• The Church Council shall be responsible to the Church Meeting, and important decisions made at a Church Council meeting shall be approved at the Church Meeting.

• The Church Council shall, in the discharge of its responsibilities, be assisted in the implementation of its policies and decisions by standing committees and ad hoc committees, all of which shall be appointed by the Church Council and reported to the Church Members.

• The Pastor shall be deemed an ex-officio member of all committees.

• The quorum at all meetings of the Church Council or any committee shall be one half of its membership.

Section C Objectives and activities

The Church accepts the Christian faith as set forth in the Old and New Testaments and as summarized in the Apostles' Creed. The object of the Church is the advancement of Christian religion according to Christian faith by:

• Preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching the doctrines of the Christian faith as set forth in the Holy Scriptures, primarily but not exclusively, to the Chinese in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

• • Being a spiritual home for Chinese Christians to worship and serve the Triune God, and to have fellowship in the context of their special needs.

• • Co-operating with other churches and societies whose doctrinal position agrees with our Statement of Faith.

• • Promoting the worldwide mission of Jesus Christ in evangelism and the relief of poverty.

MKCCC is committed to enabling as many people (ethnic origin of majority of them is Chinese) as possible to worship at our Church and to become part of our community at Milton Keynes. MKCCC maintains an overall of worship throughout the year and our weekly Sunday services put faith into practice through prayer and scripture, music and sacrament. The church council of MKCCC has considered the Commission’s guidance on public benefit and, in particular, the specific guidance on charities for the advancement of religion while planning our activities. We specially try to enable ordinary people to live out their faith through: • Worship and prayer; learning about the Gospel; developing knowledge and trust in Jesus and growing up in spirit, • Provision of care and love for each other • Children programme (aged 4-17) to develop their trust in Jesus • Missionary and outreach work

Worship and prayer

MKCCC runs weekly Sunday services and organises a number of special events to celebrate Christian and Chinese events (e.g. A friendship Festival, Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival).

We also run monthly prayer meetings and bi-weekly bible study fellowships at church, which our community find both beneficial and spiritually fulfilling.

This year, we have been successful in welcoming more new Hong Kong BNO families into our church. We also continued to have English Service and children & youths Sunday School every Sunday.

As well as our regular services, we enable our community to celebrate • contribution made by and thank God at the milestones of the journey through life. We have volunteers. celebrated our church’s 33[rd] Anniversary on 2[nd] July. Church members increase its number to 116 by the end of 2023 in His Grace.

Mission and Evangelism

Helping those in need is a demonstration of our faith, The Missionary Department organised a missionary training, which was led by Simon & Lydia Tam from Operation Mobilization (OM). The Missionary Department also organised a short-term missionary trip to Barnsley, and

invited our supported missionaries to share their mission ministry on 5[th] March (OM), 30[th] July (MK Bridgebuilder Trust) and 19[th] November (CCRGM).

Meanwhile, nearly 10% of our annual fund £12,888.54 donated by our worship participants was offered to support 5 different charity organisations.

2023 年牧養部報告

事工內容報告:

2023 年度主題：「在基督裡生根建造, 信心堅固」，齊讀經卷：歌羅西書。 配合年題及經卷內容：除了主日崇拜講道以歌羅西書作骨幹，各小組亦配合年 題進行查經：歌羅西書

國語團契合組查經 (每月兩次)，查考經卷：“歌羅西書” 由俞旭、奔奔、 陈磊、Dennis 带领。

小組聚會 （每月兩次開組）小組以生活性查經系列學習，由每個小組的 組員輪流帶領。。（每一課有不同的主題、例如憤怒、自卑等等）材料進行。還 有小組聚餐或戶外活動。暑期亦有四次不同主題的團契活動（烹飪大賽、郊 遊、詩歌分享、健康好生活）

� 新人門訓課程(國語)：由俞旭和奔奔帶領。分別有討論舊約（五堂）, 新約 （兩堂）。內容是了解聖經的整體概念、聖經與生活的聯繫等。共有 6-7 人參 加。

w 粵語小組分為 11 個組別

連同組長已有 125 人加入小組，每月在組內相交及互勉成長。

• Ø 每月開組一次。採用材料：「歌鄰基督教會小組材料」（網上資源）及按 各組需要而有其他屬靈相交的活動。由於現階段仍有不少肢體等待加入 小組；在未來日子，仍要物色合適人選擔任組長角色，以满足增添新小 組的需要。

x 粵語查經

歌羅西書 2-4 月 由 Esther 傳道帶領。參加者人數約 50 人；

• 與中神合作的「生命之道」本經班—申命記 9-12 月, 參加者人數約有 36 人

• y 11 月 3 日舉行了一次「聖經問答比賽」，內容：歌羅西書及聖經常識。比賽 範圍也包括了全年每周背經經文。參加者給予正評，並建議明年再續，以 助推動全年讀經追求的氣氛。建議國語堂也可參考，明年舉辦。

2023 年十二月聚會, 由團友投票, 正式命名為「以諾團」

4. 浸禮

2023 年浸禮於 5 月 27 日及 12 月 9 日在 Christ Church 舉行, 兩屆共 9 人

浸禮課程共兩次,內容包括:

• 第一課 委身教會(教會歷史)

第二課-兩個聖禮(浸禮/聖餐)

• 第三課 信經(三一神)

• 第四課 主禱文

• 培靈會: (國粵語)9 月 22-23 日舉行, 參加人數:

主題-以愛同行.彼此守望

• 講員 黃炳超長老及沈麗嫻師母

參加人數: 國 19 人, 粵 38 人, 小朋友 22 人

1. 與傳道部合作, 陪談員訓練(粵語)

日期: 培訓所有迎新小組組員及傳道部員成為陪談員，裝備各人準備接待 9 月 10 日 角聲佈道團中的決志者。

於 2023 年 11 月展開設計教會網頁內容，加入教會信仰宣言及教會生活相 簿。

• 「你們既然接受了主基督耶穌，就當遵他而行，在他裡面生根建造，信心堅固，正如 你們所領的教訓，感謝的心也更增長了。」(歌羅西書 2: 6-7)

年度主題 :

回顧 2023 年, 為神在過去一年對教會的供應及帶領獻上感恩。教會以「歌羅西書 2:67」為年度主題的經文，訂定「 在基督𥚃生根建造，信心堅固 」為教會的年度目標， 以學效基督 1) 以基督為元首 2) 在基督的話語生根建造 3) 學效基督愛心與饒恕 4) 在 基督𥚃禱告與儆醒，此四個屬靈品格來彼此勸勉， 讓我們以感恩的心在生活中真實的 遵從祂的教導, 持守所領受的教訓，願我們的信仰如同樹根深深地扎根在基督裡，當困 難和試煉來臨時，不受外在風吹雨打的動搖，使我們在信仰的道路上能夠堅固穩健， 讓信心在生活中不斷地建造增長。因為我們建立在基督的根基上，祂是我們的堅固磐 石。

相關安排 :

• 在崇拜程序中以『歌羅西書』安排本週金句加強會眾對年度主題經文的印象。

• 9 月 22-23 日舉行粵國語聯合培靈會，邀請黃炳超長老＆沈麗嫻師母及分享主題 《以愛同行&彼此守望》。

• 主日證道及團契查經以『歌羅西書』查經分享。

理事會 :

2023年理事會共有十一位執事，包括: 羅沈秀顏、黃蔡香齡、楊吳翠玲、王濤、鄭劉 詠誼、劉藹誼、陳鏡鴻、彭莫冰、李津、謝海峰和韓軼。各負責的部門有: 羅沈秀顏執 事為理事會主席和財務部部長、黃蔡香齡執事為教會中文秘書和崇拜部部長、楊吳翠 玲執事為傳道部部長、王濤執事為關懷部部長、鄭劉詠誼執事為兒童部部長、劉藹誼 執事為教會英文秘書和英文部部長、陳鏡鴻執事為差傳部秘書、彭莫冰為總務部部 長、李津執事為聘牧小組及建堂小組部長, 韓軼執事初任執事參與在崇拜部及關懷部、 謝海峰初任執事參與在兒童部、崇拜部、英文部。羅沈秀顏執事在2023年7月13日回 天家，理事會委任曾惠芳傳道暫代理事會主席，而彭莫冰執事也接任為財務部部長。 全年理事會商議共11次理事會會議及3次專題會議。

曾惠芳傳道就職禮 :

教會聘請曾惠芳傳道為教會全職教牧同工已於 1 月 29 日會友堂會通過接納，3 月 1 日 正式上任。教會於 3 月 19 日為曾惠芳傳道舉行就職禮崇拜，邀請了呂子峰顧問牧師前 來勉勵與祝福。感謝神引領曾惠芳傳道成為帶領牧養我們教會的傳道人，願神繼續賜 。 恩祝福曾傳道與大家同心建造教會，見證榮耀神，共同完成神所託付的使命

俞旭及張雪卉宣教士受 COCM 派駐在教會一年 , 協助國語堂牧養的事奉

自2023年1月1日起至12月31日止, 俞旭及張雪卉宣教士參與教會國語堂牧養相關事工 的規劃, 主日證道分享, 帶領團契查經, 關懷探訪, 浸禮後成長課程, Cranfield 學生事工, 協助教會網頁更新……等事奉。

教會三十三週年堂慶 :

2023 年 7 月 2 日三十三週年堂慶感恩崇拜，毛艷君牧師以「慶祝神所成就的！」證道 勉勵。堂慶崇拜結束後在 Luton Hong Buffet 舉行堂慶聚餐。

浸禮 :

感謝神 2023 年在 Christ Church 舉行兩次教會浸禮崇拜，上半年於 5 月 27 日舉行， 受浸肢體共 5 位有張敏姐妹、梁嘉莉姐妹、葉雅盈姐妹、黎健碧姐妹和葉永清弟兄。 下半年於 12 月 9 日舉行，受浸肢體共 4 位有米麗容姐妹、陳鴻影 Janice Chan 姐 妹、黃延恩 Grace Wong 姐妹和簡元勝 David Kan 弟兄。由曾惠芳傳道和顧問牧師呂 子峰牧師主禮施浸，全年二次浸禮共有 9 位弟兄姊妹歸入主的名下。

堂會 :

• 2022 年會友人數共 86 位。2023 年全年接納通過 28 位弟兄姊妹為會友。共 4 位 弟兄姊妹恢復教會會籍，4 位弟兄姊妹轉為教會之友，截至 2023 年底總會友數目 為 116 位。

• 執事選舉於10月22日堂會舉行: 通過陳麗絹姊妹、韓軼弟兄、何燕怡姊妹和謝海峰 弟兄七位弟兄姊妹為2024年度執事。

• 陳麗絹姊妹的執事任期一年，任期至 2024年年底。韓軼弟兄、何燕怡姊妹和謝海 峰弟兄三位弟兄姊妹任期三年，任期至 2026年年底。

2023 年崇拜部全年商議 7 次會議，主要負責安排各項崇拜相關事奉包括領詩、司琴、 傳譯、詩歌小組、聖餐襄禮、預備聖餐、司事、影音、PPT、及預備崇拜程序表等, 並 崇拜程序和事奉人員輪值的安排與調整, 崇拜各項新進事奉人員的邀請及事奉守則的 培訓, 不定期安排各項崇拜崗位事奉座談會和事奉人員溝通交流, 崇拜設備採購與更新, 與遵行 Health and safety 法規紀錄崇拜出席掃描的跟進。

崇拜部安排與調整一些特別崇拜，例如:家庭崇拜、受苦節、復活節、浸禮崇拜、新春, 中秋及聖誕節福音崇拜、堂慶崇拜…等相關事宜，以及有時 Oakgrove 中學無法租借 時的地點轉換相關的安排, 並且緊密地與講員聯繫和對崇拜相關教導安排等等。

2023 年崇拜部事工實行概要 :

一、 崇拜掃描 QR Code 設計 :

為遵行 Health and safety 法規需要紀錄建築物內人員情況. 2022 年以崇拜出席掃描 Attendme App 疫情後至 2022 年底為止就無法使用, 2023 年初由崇拜部與教會弟兄共 同設計程式, 2 月 19 日已經開始正式實行, 最初以電腦來掃描手機 QR Code, 改進至可 以手機掃描的便利簽到。

二、 恢復傳統聖餐預備及派送：

自 2021 年 8 月 8 日疫情後恢復實體崇拜, 聖餐主日採用一次性的聖餐餅和杯並在崇拜 前派送, 直到 2023 年 4 月 23 日正式恢復在傳統聖餐預備及崇拜中聖餐派送。自 8 月 聖餐崇拜開始由 Esther 傳道帶領崇拜的聖餐。

三、 2023 年事奉人員培訓＆座談會：

2023年傳道部的工作仍然是忙碌，但部門已有一個方向性去預備迎接新來MK的香港 人。我們透過一些活動或是新人參加第一次崇拜，我們都有一些繼續連繫的工作，吸 引他們繼續回到教會，認識神，聽聞福音，得著主耶穌基督寶貴的救恩。

關懷事工：2023年我們在关怀探訪和約見的事工上，有機會可以和一些老相熟或是 新移的弟兄姊妹面對面，更多的彼此認識和了解。對身體軟弱或有需要的肢體給予 慰問和幫助。並為弟兄姊妹的家人代禱和為他們家人的喜，喪送上祝福與慰問卡和 鮮花。

Mother’s day

Teachers led the children to make wooden heart decoration for their mum. We also had a lesson about obeying our parents.

Father’s day

Teachers led the children to decorate wooden keyrings for their dad. The kids loved to draw their dad on the keyring.

Children programme for Baptism

We have prepared children programmes during Baptism service on 27/05/2023 and 09/12/2023. We had craft & video time.

Offering in Sunday school

We have started to have offering during Sunday school worship time. We would like to teach the children that offering is a way of giving thanks to God.

MK safety centre trip

MK Safety centre had invited our church to visit the MK safety centre on 3[rd] April 2023. We had arranged this with the evangelism department. There were about 30 families joined this trip. There were many unchurched families joined. The Safety centre had arranged two trips on that day for our church. The children had learnt about how to stay safe in different scenarios.

It’s your move workshop 16/07/2023

We have organised a workshop for year 6 students to talk about life in secondary school and prepare them to face the new challenges. We have shared with them that we can rely on Jesus no matter what we are facing. We have invited some 4:12 fellowship leaders to join us in the workshop. The leaders helped to introduce the 4:12 fellowship to the year 6 students. And the 412 leaders held a fellowship taster session for the year 6 children to experience.

Summer Sunday School from 06/08/2023 to 27/08/2023

Our Summer Sunday school used the materials from Torchlighter series. We had been exploring different Heroes of the Faith. The children had been learning about different the stories of different missionaries in the history.

Parents Day

We had Parents’ Day for different classes in 2023. Love class parents was held on 28/05/2023. Joy class Parents’ Day was held on 11/06/2023. Patience class Parents’ Day was held on 09/07/2023. These Parents’ Day provides opportunities for the teachers & parents for more communications.

Missionary sharing from Simon & Lydia for Joy class

We have invited Simon & Lydia to share about missionary work to Joy class children on 03/09/2023. There were games, talks & role play for the children to learn more about missionary. Simon & Lydia also shared about their work on the refugees from Ukraine & Roma.

Children Choir

Special thanks to Stefan and Joyce for leading the children Choir. They have choir practice every Sunday after Sunday school. They had sung in the worship on 26/02/2023, 02/07/2023 & 24/12/2023 respectively.

They also have a children choir talented show on 16/07/2023. Children had chance to show to others of what have they learned in different musical instruments.

Holy Communion service for Sunday school teachers & helpers

Pastor Esther has started to host Holy communion service after worship for Sunday school teachers & helpers from September 2023. Sunday school teachers & helpers always miss the chance to have Holy Communion. We're truly thankful for her willingness to make it happen.

Foodbank collection

This year near Christmas, we wanted to teach the children about giving thanks to God and caring for our community. We had asked the children to donate nonperishable food items for the Milton Keynes food bank in November 2023.

Christmas Celebration 24/12/2023

This year celebration was held in the Kingston Table - Tennis centre. We could only had two groups of Sunday school due to the location restrictions. We had a group of children from pre-school to Year 2 and another group of children from Year 3 to Year 6. We had games, video and lesson about Christmas. We have prepared 90 gifts for the children.

We thank God for guiding and blessing MKCCC’s English ministry throughout 2023. The English department worked closely together with the Chinese worship department to arrange a few joint services in 2023. Most importantly, we arranged MKCCC’s English service every first Sunday of the month and coordinated Crossway service, LifeGroup and 4:12 youth fellowship with COCM and Calvary Chinese Christian Church.

The weekly attendances of Crossway, LifeGroup and 4:12 fellowship have been increasing over the past few years. We count our blessings from God and continue seeking Him to provide our needs in the English ministry.

Crossway

Crossway is a collaboration of MKCCC and the Calvary Chinese Christian Church (CCCC). A Sunday Service for our English-speaking brothers and sisters. In pooling our resources and by God’s grace, we aim to build a stronger worship ministry to serve our community.

1. Action Committee Group

MKCCC: Fiona Lau, Kevin Xie, Christine Ho and Angus Fok CCCC: Rev. Raymond Au-Yeung, Ho-Shun Chik and James Voong COCM: Rev. Henry Lu, Laurence Mo and Vivian Mah

2. Events:

• Renovation Of The Heart workshop was held in Mead Centre on 25[th] February. The topic was Spiritual Pathways, which was run by Rev. Rebecca Mao.

• Crossway invited the church councils of MKCCC and CCCC to have a joint dinner at COCM on 2[nd] April. The leaders of both churches could get to know each other and understand more about the Crossway ministry.

• First Aid training was arranged at COCM on 15[th] July.

• A new Crossway website was launched in November.

3. Sermons:

• From January to March – we read the book of John and unpacked the identities of Jesus, by understanding His identity we started to understand our

own identities in relation to Him; the purpose of our lives, and how to relate to others in the world.

• From April to May – we observed many examples of prayer throughout the Bible in Matthew, 1 Thessalonians, 1 Samuel, Ephesians, Luke and Psalms. We explored the theme of prayer by focusing on the various ways in which we might pray to our God and how these prayers influenced our relationship with Him.

• From June to July – we read the book of Esther and were given encouragement of how God continued to work through the messiness of the world to bring His plans of restoration and inviting His flawed people to participate in the process.

• From August to September – we sought to gain a fuller understanding of the Holy Spirit in the books of John, Romans, Galatians, 1 Corinthians and Acts. Through the sermon series, we gained a better understanding and appreciation of the Holy Spirit and allowed Him to transform us and related to Him as God desires.

• From October to December – we read the book of Amos and learned that the hearts of Israelites were far from God even they fulfilled the worship rituals. As Amos revealed, a comfortable life was often the starting point for a complacent worship life. Through the series in Amos, our hope was to become more aware of the state of our worship to God.

4:12 Youth Fellowship

4:12 youth fellowship meets every Friday at COCM. Youths can choose to join the English stream or Cantonese stream and invite their friends to come along. Although both streams have separated activities, a joint worship has been organised once a month to help further unify the two streams.

The vision of the Cantonese stream was to help the new Hong Kong BNO youths to settle into their lives in the UK. The expectation is to eventually revert to a single English stream in 5-6 years’ time.

• 4:12 Cantonese stream made lip balms as Mother’s Day gifts on 17[th] March.

• 4:12 Cantonese stream hosted a youth service in CCCC on 5[th] March.

• 4:12 Cantonese stream hosted a sharing and prayer meeting in MKCCC on 26[th] March.

• 4:12 Cantonese stream participated in Friendship Festival on 10th June. A booth of games and a video of 4:12 were made and organised by the youths.

• 4:12 Cantonese stream created harmonious pastels as Father’s Day gifts on 16[th] June.

• 4:12 Cantonese stream arranged a Bible camp at COCM on 10[th] –12th November.

• 4:12 English stream arranged a send-off event for Nonna Asihan on 7[th] September.

• 4:12 English stream organised a prayer and praise evening on 15[th] December. Crossway/LifeGroup were invited to join the event.

• 4:12 Cantonese and English streams arranged a 4:12 logo design competition. Ellie Fung’s design received the most votes; her design was used to print on 4:12 hoodies.

LifeGroup

LifeGroup is an English-speaking adult’s fellowship. There are two fellowship groups that meet weekly on either Tuesday or Thursday night.

1. Bible Study & Topics:

• New series: Romans – Bible study material by Tim Keller.

• New series on the topic of ethnic issues.

2. Events:

• First LifeGroups workshop on 25[th] February.

• Faith Seeking Understanding training on 18[th] March.

• Whipsnade Zoo social event on 7[th] August.

• Christmas Celebration Event on 9[th] December.

• Prayer & Praise Event on 15[th] December.

Community Service & Outreach Opportunities

• Participated in Hope Revolution event on 21[st] October.

• Crossway/LifeGroup and the oldest group of the 4:12 English stream visited the warehouse of Operation Christmas Child – Samaritan’s Purse to help volunteer on 25[th] November.

• Participated in Christmas hamper making for a community larder on 14[th] December.

• Christmas Carols in Tower Drive Day Centre (Physical or Health Impaired Community) on 22[nd] December and Flowers House (Elderly Care Home) on 23[rd] December.

We thank God for all blessings and guidance in the English ministry and thank all brothers and sisters’ willingness to serve God in the Sunday services and fellowships. May God continue to guide our church towards the unity in Christ.

感謝神對教會的帶領和祝福。總務部及茶水服事團隊在這一年繼續發揮著重要作用。 感謝所有參與茶水服事的弟兄姐妹的辛勤付出，茶水團隊的服事讓教會這個大家庭更 加溫馨和親切。

我們在 2023 年繼續為洗禮和特別節日聚會做好各樣的準備和安排。這些聚會是教會 生活中重要的時刻，讓會衆可以共同慶祝和分享喜悅。感謝所有參與服侍的家組和小 組，大家的付出讓這些活動充滿了溫暖和意義。

在政府宣布禁用一次性茶杯的政策下，我們積極響應，呼籲弟兄姐妹自覺攜帶茶杯， 為環保出一份力。許多弟兄姐妹已經習慣自己攜帶茶杯，這是一個非常正面的變化， 我們鼓勵更多的人加入這個行動，以減少教會的支出以及對一次性茶杯的依賴。感謝 大家的配合和支持，我們相信這項舉措將對環境保護產生積極的影響。

期待在 2024 年，總務部團隊將繼續努力，為教會的發展和會眾的需要服務。讓我們 攜手同心，共同見證神的恩典和祝福！

2023 年差傳部報告

在 2023 年，我們嘗試推廣一些合適我們的短宣活動，能夠讓弟兄姊妹多 體驗不同的佈道經驗。透過這些短宣活動，能夠讓弟兄姊妹嘗試和體驗在 陌生的地方傳福音的經驗。

我們亦透過不同的差傳主日，邀請教會所支持的宣教士來教會證道及分享 他們的差傳工作，讓弟兄姊妹認識不同的宣教士與他們的宣教工作和了解 他們所面對的挑戰和難處。

COCM 也有一些有關差傳宣教的課程、培訓及講座。差傳部也會選擇合適 又能夠幫助弟兄姊妹的相關課程、培訓及講座推廣至教會，讓更多弟兄姊 妹可以認識差傳事工。

一）短宣講座

• a）30/04/2023 東歐跨文化宣教事工分享會由胡文豪 Kevin Wu 弟兄分 享他幾次短宣所見所聞及不同地方的需要。胡弟兄是林日峰博士創立 的中國資源及培訓中心（CTRC）理事成員，在 2022 年曾代表中心到 波蘭及保加利亞探訪烏克蘭難民，另外亦去過塞爾維亞，協助當地貧 窮的羅姆人買柴過冬。

b）20/05/2023 COCM 宣教禱告日主題為「為伊朗禱告」，由跨文化 宣教事工同工 Lesley 帶領，了解更多因受迫害而逃走往英國尋求庇護 的伊朗人，也為他們禱告。

二）宣教課程

2023 年度建堂小組報告

組長: Jin Li 李津 - Kevin Xie(自十月起为组长). 副組長:王濤 (Wendy Wang) 組員：黄士明Sming Huang，何燕怡Christine Choong， 邱肇康Dennis Yau，曾惠 芳傳道Ms Esther Tsang.

建堂目標: 在神的帶領下, 尋求一个敬拜及传播福音的, 继续發展的堂所

教會自從2021 年5 月設立了【3 + 1 建堂計劃】（即 「一家一心 一堂 + 禱告」）以來，已將近二 年半的時間。在2023 年繼續分目 標, 有步驟地實現3 年-5 年的的 建堂計劃。

[3 + 1] 建堂計劃實施進展

• 尋找目標物業:今年小組試著 尋找可能的建堂目標, 個別

• 目標因不符合我们的建堂条件，沒有繼續跟進. 但對一個較為可能的目標:(物業 地址:14 Davy Avenue, Knowlhill, MILTON KEYNES, MK5 8PL) 價格在£1.2M)于7 月9 號在教會進行了分享, 尋求弟兄姊妹的意見. 但最終因資金缺陷而未能继续.

• • 教會今年中旬開展了建堂認購諮詢活動:

• 向弟兄姊妹借款的方式方法包含1）無償奉獻，2）無息借款，五年或十年還 款，等

• 共有24 位弟兄姊妹反饋；認購總金額£150K: 無償奉獻(£60k), 無息借款 (£90K)

• 教会建堂义卖募捐活动: Building Fund Bazaar 建堂義賣, 共募捐資£1,561.50.

• 建堂認購表稍作改動, 除了每個月單位奉獻 £50/Unit 外, 也增加了每個月的自由 奉獻. Pledge Form https://tinyurl.com/churchbuildpledge (參見附錄一：建堂 認購)

財務進展狀況

1. 3+1 建堂認獻情況

感謝神的恩典, 2023 年教會從年初31 位建堂認購的弟兄姐妹一直從到年末46 人奉 獻, 增加48%, 從年初54 個認購單位增長到年末89 個認購單位,增長65%。每月奉獻 從年初 £3440 到年末的每月奉獻£4390, 每月奉獻資金增長了27.6%. (請看附錄二, Appendix 2：2023 年底3+1 建堂認獻情況一覽表)。

2. 建堂資金情況

通過建堂認購卡認購, 教會弟兄姐妹的募捐全年總計為£54,152.60 ，加上其他的一般 建堂奉獻金額£15,789.35，建堂義賣£1,561.50,今年建堂資金增加了£71,503.45. 教 會建堂資金總數年底達到 £313.062.51 (表1:去年建堂資金為£241,559.06), 比去年 建堂總資金增長了29.60%. 教會的全部建堂資金数额請參看表1: [建堂認獻, 建堂奉 獻, 以及建堂總額情況一覽表].

建堂展望

• MKCCC 仍處於快速變化的階段，現階段仍存在許多不確定性，但還是會鼓勵弟兄姊 妹继续努力，尋找可合適的建堂場所。

• 繼續推廣3+1P 作為教會建設基金的定期捐款,以縮小建堂資金所設立的1 百萬目 標差距。

• 建堂預備中需要解決一些基本問題，包括教会法律框架及相应教会宪章的改动， 例如，从非法人協會或教会（管理文件：通常為章程或規則）转化为慈善法人組 織 (Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs))。

• 今後還要在靈性準備方面需要加強，藉著弟兄姊妹的齊心合力的禱告和落地的行 動尋求并順服神的旨意及带领。
