**Objects:** 1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF A REHABILITATION AND AFTERCARE PROGRAMME DEVELOPED BY THE CARDIAC TEAM AT NEVILL HALL HOSPITAL, IN THE CATCHMENT AREA SERVED BY THAT HOSPITAL 2) THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES TO MAINTAIN AND EXTEND THE CARDIAC REHABILITATION PROGRAMME AND THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY CLASSES CARING FOR CARDIAC PATIENTS, WITHIN THE CATCHMENT AREA SERVED BY NEVILL HALL HOSPITAL 3) THE PROMOTION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO CARDIAC REHABILITATION WITHIN THE CATCHMENT AREA OF NEVILL HALL HOSPITAL AND TO DISSEMINATE THE FINDINGS OF SUCH RESEARCH AMONGST THE WIDER MEDICAL COMMUNITY

**Activities:** The charity's aim is to give cardiac patients within North Gwent one of the best rehabilitation services within the UK. Fundraising activities throughout the year help us to achieve our aims in order to improve patients quality of life. Current activities include - sponsored walks, raffles, membership and cardiac rehabilitation classes.
