**Objects:** A) TO RELIEVE THE STRESSES EXPERIENCED BY CARERS AND PEOPLE THEY CARE FOR BY OFFERING A SUPPORT SERVICE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY BASED WORKERS WITHIN THE DISTRICT OF DERWENTSIDE, COUNTY DURHAM. B) AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEE BOARD AND IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES TO PROVIDE SUCH SUPPORT  FOR DISABLED PERSONS LIVING ALONE, OR FOR CARERS LIVING OUTSIDE OF THE DISTRICT.

**Activities:** We provide emotional and practical support to carers living within the Derwentside area.
