**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PROTECT HEALTH AMONG YOUNG AND ELDERLY PERSONS IN PLYMOUTH AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION  OF, BUT NOT IN PARTICULAR , CORONARY HEART DISEASE PREVENTION PROGRAMS TO THE PUBLIC.

**Activities:** CHD PREVENTION EXERCISE PROGRAMS, CARDIAC REHABILITAION FOR ALL CARDIAC PATIENTS / FAMILIES IN THE PLYMOUTH  AREAS, AGE GROUP FROM 11 YEARS. OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK 9AM TO 9PM,  LEVEL 2 OR 3 QUALIFIED TRAINERS. ALL ARE VOLUNTEERS.JULIE WILLIAMS IS A QUALIFIED BACR INSTRUCTOR SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR  PHASE 4 CARDIAC REHABILITATION FOR ALL CARDIAC PATIENTS. JULIE WILLIAMS IS MANAGER OF UNIT 1.
